Registration for Our 2014 Conference in Los Angeles

Advance registration closes October 30! It’s easy to register for the National Conference for Community Arts Education


Register for the full 3 day conference, or join us for just a day or two.

  • Add a specialized pre-conference seminar or a Next Level Luncheon to boost your learning experiences.
  • Add the Latino Limelight festival at Plaza de la Raza to add more art and fun to your time in LA.
  • Sign up for one of the many exciting Saturday morning site visits and get a first-hand look at some of the innovative work in the area – at no extra charge.
  • You can even bring a guest to some special events.

You do not have to be a Guild member to register for the conference, but you do need to log in.

  • If you know your username and password, you can log in here.
  • If you receive email announcements from us, you already have an account. Your email address is your username. If you don’t know your password, click the "forgot password" link in the login tab.
  • Don’t yet have an account? Create one, then proceed with your registration.

IMPORTANT: You must use your personal login account to register yourself. If registering someone other than yourself, you must use their login. The National Guild cannot accept requests for login information from other users. Contact Ariana Schrier if you have any questions or need assistance.


You may pay by credit card or check. If paying by check, use the online registration system to select the events you wish to attend and generate an invoice. Mail a copy of your invoice along with your check. Registrations and pricing are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

There are many ways to save on your conference registration. If you are a representative of a Full or Education Affiliate Member of the National Guild, member discount rates will automatically apply. If you are taking advantage of our group, new member, or student discounts or plan to apply for financial aid, click here for instructions.
